Effect of Service Employees' Job Stresses on the Employees' Attitudes Through Emotional Labor Behavior

Employee management is crucial in the service industry, and efficient human resource essential because competence competitiveness of employees directly impact quality. This study analyzes emotional labor job stress faced by workers industry on their intention to leave be hired, proposes strategies for employee retention. As a result conducted 200 workers, it was confirmed that autonomy culture have quantitative interaction with factors positive correlation leave. Additionally, this suggests Employment hire turnover as separate concepts, rather than conflicting, requires study.
